This Frontline Beach apartment has 3 bedrooms and it is for sale on the Santa Amalia complex in Los Cristianos, Tenerife for just €367500, you can step out of Santa Amalia into the town or on to the beach. The beach and harbour views from the balcony are amazing. The owner paid almost €600k for this apartment and he is being realistic about the selling price.
This Los Cristianos property has a generous hallway with two double bedrooms either side as you enter. There is a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom which has direct access on to the balcony. The kitchen is divided from the lounge area by a screen but could easily be made open plan. The well sized lounge and dining area also have direct access onto the balcony. The balcony runs the full width of the property with plenty of space for dining and relaxing.

Properties like this one on Santa Amalia do not come on to the market very often. There is another 2 bed apartment for sale at €360k but it does not have the same views and the apartment and terrace are smaller. We think the price of this 3 bed apartment is very competetive.
