El Mocan de Palm Mar is a very attractive modern complex and these prices are the lowest we have seen on a complex like this located in Palm Mar, or anywhere close to a beach in Tenerife.

Castle Harbour is a popular tourist destination and it is busy all year round, it does have a Touristic Licence so you could let this apartment out to provide and income. Alternatively it would make a lovely residence; it is tucked away on the top floor away from common areas.

There are car parking spaces on a first come first served basis and there is also parking in the street. Just outside this Los Cristianos complex there are a handful of shops and bars and there is a large supermarket close by. Castle Harbour is a 15 minute walk from the beach, town and harbour area.
