The Club Marino Hotel has a large heated swimming pool and a small children’s pool. The Club Marino Hotel has a playground for children and entertainment and games are provided by the hotel animation team.  The complex has a pool bar and restaurant together with an indoor bar and restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Kaygan’s Bar, a British run bar is also on site serving home cooked British food and showing British TV.  There is a 24 hour reception where excursions and car hire etc can be booked.  There is family entertainment each night in the Club Marino Hotel with acts such as Flamenco, Brazilian Dancers, Magicians etc. There is also a Scuba Diving Centre and hair salon in the complex.

A family resort, Hotel Marino is a fantastic location for both couples and families.  Away from the hustle and bustle of Playa de Las Americas, Costa del Silencio is a popular area with a good selection of bars and restaurants.  Silencio is only a short walk away from the picturesque village of Las Galletas with a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants.  There is a small stony beach and a lovely fishing harbour and marina with a promenade.
For the more active holidaymakers, a few minutes’ drive away you will find the golfing resorts of Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf.

This apartment represents good value and you could produce some extra income to cover the running costs through holiday letting. Club Marino Hotel in Costa del Silencio has a touristic licence with full on site holiday letting facilities.

The apartment has an open plan lounge, corner kitchen with breakfast bar. There are patio doors onto the south east facing terrace which gets plenty of sun, views are limited though but it is outside space. There is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and the bathroom has a washing machine.

Los Angeles has a large swimming pool with a huge terrace for sun bathing. There is also a restaurant bar on the complex which is useful if you don’t want to venture out. Los Angeles is well located, second line from the beach, with the Arona Gran Hotel just in front and a plethora of local bars and restaurants nearby. There is even a low cost supermarket 3 minutes away on foot.  This area of Los Cristianos is very level and it is only a short walk along the seafront onto the heart of Los Cristianos.

Santa Maria

The apartment is very roomy with two sets of patio doors out onto the terrace. There is a fitted kitchen with seating and a table, spacious lounge, two double bedrooms with access to the terrace and two modern bathrooms. The apartment is in good condition and well presented. The terrace is the big plus point here, it receives the sun most of the day and there are great sea views.

Santa Maria is in the heart of bustling Torviscas with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby, the famous La Pinta Beach is just down the road too in Puerto Colon. The Santa Maria Hotel has two swimming pools, a pool bar, tennis courts and a Restaurant; there are lots of holiday activities on the complex because it is a hotel. The hotel is well booked and realistically, if you wanted to let the apartment for holidays you could probably achieve 40 weeks a year at around €450 per week for 4 adults.

There is a hallway, bright spacious lounge, separate fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom. Both the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the apartment is being sold fully furnished.

Parque Tropical Los Cristianos  is an enviable complex with established tropical communal gardens and there is a very up market pool with lots of space for sun worshipping. With a sofa bed in the lounge this apartment could sleep up to six people.

Castle Harbour is well located close to all amenities including, shops, bars, restaurants and all areas of Los Cristianos and with easy access to all areas of Tenerife.
