Buyers will also have the opportunity to join the Community of Sur y Sol to benefit from use of the swimming pool for €50 per month but that is optional. If you do not use a swimming you do not need to pay for it. Community Fees on the adjacent Sur y Sol complex are €120 per month so if you want to use the pool this is a saving of approximately €60 per month.

In the immediate location of Las Plataneras and Sur y Sol there are supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants but make no mistake this is a very peaceful and highly desirable location.
